Once received, an Officer will make telephone contact with you to further discuss your incident . The North Syracuse Police Department has taken this step to provide you with the highest level of service possible during these trying times. Of course if you believe your complaint is an emergency please contact the Emergency 911 Center by calling 911 directly. Thank you !
