🚸 Crosswalk Safety Education in Action! 🚔
Today, North Syracuse Police Officers handed out 500 Crosswalk Safety Education Flyers to motorists in village center. Our goal? To help keep both drivers and pedestrians safe as they share the road.
We’d like to remind drivers to yield the right of way to pedestrians in crosswalks and to encourage pedestrians to always use caution and prioritize safety when crossing.
Many motorists expressed appreciation for the initiative, including one woman who shared that her father lives in the village and how much she values this type of outreach.
